Broccoli is a power house! Eating this cruciferous veggie everyday could help us reduce the risk of serious illnesses significantly. Smokers appear to be more at risk than others. And even if some may not believe in the power of the Brassica family (Kale, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Cauliflowers etc.), eating them brings at least wonderful taste onto the plate.
