Staying healthy is becoming a very wide concept… almost too comprehensive. It really doesn’t have to be!
While some of us chose the extreme path to staying healthy, most of us can stay healthy with much less effort . We do not have to run Marathons or participate in the Iron Man to ripe the benefits of physical training, nor do most of us have that time to spend. Some even argue that extreme training is harming our bodies by putting abnormal stress on our hearts.
Training as part of a healthy lifestyle should be fun, should not harm us and preferably shouldn’t be too time consuming.
Daily, scheduled or High Intensity Interval Training all give you the basics you need to keep the wheel spinning. Your metabolism takes care of the rest. Just make sure not to spend too much time in your comfy couch – it might harm you badly!
